AI will disrupt many large companies. Let's accelerate this happening...

We need to rethink how work is organised because our legacy company organisation structures aren't AI-resistant. Soon we will see the first 3 people Unicorn [valued at more than 1B].

Why is AI disruptive to large companies

During the last century, companies needed to be large to sustain large business. You needed to have thousands of stores, salespeople, support staff,... Large marketing budgets to spend on TV advertisement. Large investments in inventory, warehousing,... If you wanted to be a global business, everything needed to be big.

Disruptive technologies like AI, Web3, Cloud, IoT, Mobile Apps,,... are changing this paradigm. AI-driven support agents are now offering better and faster support than large call centres. AI can create personalised marketing and sales messages at an unseen scale. AI can write code. AI can reconcile financial transactions. Generate reports. Do many tasks which used to be done by large departments. Web3 and Cloud allow infrastructure to be globally available. IoT can connect millions of sensors. Mobile apps offer billions of people remote controls to be self-sufficient when it comes to most activities which used to require thousands of operational staff.

The real revolution is AI-enhanced workers

AI will make mistakes. At large enough scale, a lot of significant mistakes will be made. Also AI lacks general "problem solving and creativity skills". AI is good at responding to previously known problems but will not take the initiative to anticipate problems and add solutions. You need humans for that. However by combining human experts with AI, you are getting to Superhuman capabilities. One patent lawyer can oversee 60 AI processes responding to customer requests. So where they used to take 1 hour per customer, they can now attend to 1 customer per minute. If they charge 20 times less, then they can still earn 3 times more, provided there is abundant work. So the Superhuman patent lawyer is 60x faster, 20x cheaper and earns 3x more, all with comparable or better quality of work. Now imagine if this lawyer teams up with two other Superhumans and focuses on resolving specific patent issues applying a fully automated approach with human oversight. This type of 3 people Supercompanies is able to beat any traditional law firm in their specialised domain. Now stretch your imagination a little bit further and imagine an army of 3 people Supercompanies that all are superspecialised, 60x faster, 20x cheaper and 3x more profitable, all working together in swarms. You need a website, Superwebsitebuilder got you covered. A bank account, an accountant, a support agent, a mobile app built, marketing campaign ran, sales being generated, taxes being managed, … there will be thousands of Supercompanies for that and AI will assist recommending the best one for the job. Some companies might even combine Web3 and AI to require no humans at all any more. This Superswarm will be able to attack any large services companies and bring them on their knees.

Soon robot factories full of 3D industrial printers and robotic arms will be able to mass produce personalised products close to you. Humanoids and robot taxis are just 5 years away. This means that at the outskirts of major cities, small containerised robot factories can be producing 24x7 personalised products after they get sold. The humanoids will deliver them to your front door minutes later. Again this model whereby a swarm of supercompanies work together to produce you a personalised pair of running shoes will provide you a better product [made to measure], faster [produced and delivered to your door in minutes to hours] and cheaper [10x cheaper or more]. Nike, Adidas,.. will find it impossible to beat this combination.

Let's make it happen

This sounds all a bit far away? I am starting a new company that is working towards changing the way we work and generate thousands of new job types for "Superhumans". If you are an investor, AI expert, a developer, a business development expert, a crwodfunding expert, a community builder, … and want to be part of the future, why don't we talk? For everybody else, please subscribe to be kept up to date, because this is a job revolution where you do not want to be a laggard.
