My idea:

Students face a variety of challenges when it comes to choosing a career. According to a study conducted on high school students in Hanoi, Vietnam. And my personal experience from India some of the common issues include:

???????????? Insufficient self-awareness: Students have not fully and accurately evaluated their characteristics related to their majors, careers, and knowledge.

???????????? Limited understanding of majors, careers, university, and vocational college: Students have a limited understanding of these areas, which makes it difficult for them to make informed decisions.

???????????? Conflict resolution: Students encounter difficulties in resolving conflicts between parents and children when choosing majors and careers.

???????????? Difficulty in making decisions: Students have difficulty making decisions to select suitable majors and careers.

As a result of these issues, half of the surveyed students have not selected a career or major, while the rest have chosen majors that are not appropriate1.

In addition to these issues, college students also face other challenges such as lack of guidance, financial concerns, fear of failure, and lack of qualifications2.

Students need to seek guidance and support from career counselors, teachers, and mentors to help them make informed decisions about their future career paths. By doing so, they can avoid making hasty decisions that may lead to dissatisfaction and regret later on.?
