AI CAN'T REPLACE HUMAN,

Most AI tries to mimic human intelligence, but?it has no way of simulating or interpreting emotions. To understand emotion, AI needs to know how to interpret human experiences, not just intelligence. Feeling emotions is what makes us human, and translating this to a machine is likely impossible.

Last week I experienced a realistic situation that gave me a confidence that, AI Can’t replace HUMAN.

Being in Software Testing Industry, we use to hear this MANTRA every day in day out that, AFTER AI, SOFTWARE TESTING WILL BE VANISHED (Such a False Statement). When we hear this statement initially, as a human we were also in panic mode. After some point of time, our realistic experience in day-to-day life teaching us, AI can’t be a HUMAN in anyways. Obviously, it can’t replace human in any form.

Now I am moving to my real-time experience story,

Last week My wife applied a Personal Loan in few of banks for our family personal need, Most of the Indian guys knows here, how the Personal Loan department works in varies banks in India. Once you apply your loan application, you need to give your Personal and official KYC’s and those KYC’s will be verified, also you need to provided your Pay-slips and your last 3-6 months bank statement along with your PAN CARD (Permanent Account Number) to prove our stable financial income to the loan provider. There are a huge team works in backend baking called “CREDIT TEAM”, they receive your documents, through them, they get the CIBIL score of yours’ using your PAN NUMBER and comparing that CIBIL SCORE along with your bank statement and Pay-slips and they match the approval criteria as per the regulation of RESERVE BANK OF INDIA, finally Bank (Credit Team) will take a decision about your Personal Loan Approval/Hold/Rejection status. This is the usual process for almost all the loan in India.

She applied 3-4 banks, out of which 3 banks rejected her loan by the Human Credit Team due to her discrepancy in her CIBIL history, she had some dues in past (Long back) which affected her CIBIL hence they rejected the PERSONAL LOAN. It took two days’ time to get to know the status. Since it’s an unsecured Loan, all the banks will have very stringent policies in place. ?After the scene, There is one bank I don’t want mentioned the name, we got a call from their executive and said we got to know that, you are looking for Personal Loan, He also said, ?we don’t take two days to confirm your status, we confirm your loan approval in few minutes and credit the Loan in your account in 4 Hrs of TAT.

We asked him that, how it’s possible, how could you do that in few min of approval and Loan Credit in 4 hrs. For that, he said, Sir we enabled AI in our Loan Portal, we will give you one link through that you need to login your banking app, our AI will access your STAEMENT, CIBIL SCORE, ELIGIBILITY and all other aspects and AI provide you a status of your Loan and You’re your loan eligibility amount in few minutes.

Initially, we thought it’s a fraud, they are asking our banking app credential to make fraud. Then we called to same bank which is nearby our home and enquired the same with them, ?they confirmed that, yes its true and also they authenticated the executive too.

Finally, We were so happy because we were in the need of money at that point of time, as the executive guided we did our banking login and did the process as per his advice.

FINAL MOMEMENT:

Yes, as he informed, my wife got her financial assessment by so called “AI” and gave the Loan approval in few minutes and her LOAN GOT CREDITED IN 4 HOURS. TONS OF THANKS TO THAT BANK. Because they helped us on time to come out of our financial need.

CLIMAX:

What I want to say as my conclusion here is, My wife’s financial profile got rejected by 3 Bank’s by their manual credit team and they took two days’ time to decide on this factor, whereas, she got the approval in few minutes by the so called “GOD” AI. Yes it’s a GOD for us, because it helped us on-time.

Now I am thinking about the Business Point of View, 3 Banks rejected my wife’s financial profiles and that is done by a manual Human Credit team, they might have analyzed varies para-meter and did this rejection, they don’t do the rejection casually because all the banks tend to give loans to people and make them as their permanent creditors. I want to say here is MANUAL TEAM TOOK TIME TO DECIDE BUT THEY MADE THE RIGHT & APPROPRIATE DECISION as per their bank policy.

Wherein this AI performed on its own as developed by its developers and provided the approval and loan got credited, as a customer we are so happy but the business point of view the risk here is, if this AI approve the loans for NON-ELIGIBLE candidates like this, after few years down the line, this bank couldn’t collect the loans back and finally Bank-itself goes to Bankrupt.?(NOTE WE PAY BACK THE LOAN CORRECTLY)

?MY IDEAL THOUGHT IS,

Don’t over market AI too much. Reality is AI makes human works easier AI can’t give emotions and feelings as like HUMAN.

AI can simplify the Food Cooking Process But AI can’t CULTIVATE THE FOOD, WE NEED A FARMER TO CULTICATE THE FOOD. REMEMBER THAT…..
