According to our survey, candidates are most comfortable with AI being used for tasks like ensuring equal opportunity and candidate sourcing. However, they still expect human involvement, especially when it comes to communication and decision-making.
To avoid alienating top talent:
?? Start small: Begin by using AI in areas where candidates are most comfortable, like ensuring unbiased hiring or initial resume screening.
?? Be transparent: Clearly communicate where AI is being used and reinforce that hiring decisions remain human-driven. This can increase candidate confidence and encourage applications.
?? Keep it personal: Always offer candidates the option to connect with a human recruiter to discuss their concerns or progress.
