What is AI why it became a buzzword ! Let get familiar with it. Artificial intelligence (AI) is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. It is reshaping our lives. These days the computer algorithms that allow Netflix and Amazon to make the purchase suggestion are normal part of life. But sometimes It’s hard not to feel a awe when a machine sitting in a room connects to you with an intimate level and a nagging question of “How did it know that?” comes to our mind.

But in the coming years people will be asking the same questions to cars, phones, banking systems and virtually every piece of technology we are going to come across since Artificial Intelligence is going to reshape the way we are interacting with the devices as of now.

The machines we are use on a daily basis are getting smarter, meaning that AI is no longer a futuristic technology but it is already being integrated into our everyday lives. AI technology is going to change the world by making medical procedures safer, increase the productivity and boost the economy and also will improve our quality of life and replacing the humans with Machines (Robots).

AI doesn’t work without data. It consumes data in order to learn and give output based on it. Big data refers to the massive data that are now available to develop an AI. These sets of data can be analysed by machines. These can analysed , make patterns and facilitate predictions for future.

Machine learning algorithms requires data for analyzing, to solve tasks such as classification and clustering to give better output. If you give a lot of data to machine learning algorithms then you will get more better outputs. Here big data plays key role in AI

For example, A e- commerce site that recommend you some products based on your last search or purchase. Down the line it also shows you what other people purchase with that product you are viewing. So there a Big data played a vital role.
