Nice article and summary Tom Greenwood ??. I like the word 'balance' but I may go as far as to say 'blend' because it allows for a lot more nuance. Leaders have to choose the correct blend for THEIR business needs accordingly. An over-indulgence on automation is one blend that may work but there's always a market for the more artisanal/trusted blend of less automation...
