One of the reasons companies often don't scale well is the layers of management that get introduced as they grow, AI-assisted management seems like a way to fix that, particularly since each layer of management likes to get paid more, but maybe doesn't do anything to justify the differential. AI-assisted management would also weed out those not suited to management. That'll remove a lot of high paying jobs. Jobs that require an expensive robot are quite likely to stay in human hands, I recommend plumbing as a career. That said, jobs that require an expensive human are more vulnerable to being reallocated to robots/AI, surgeons and doctors should worry about that.
