1 周To my mind, the EU AI Act and the Vatican's AI bill are all we have for now when it comes to AI Governance with "any teeth." And yet, with 80% of the power to scale this technology concentrated in the USA ???? and increasingly China ????, what does this mean for the rest of us ?? We see the "AI arms race " heating up by the minute, with #Elon dropping his latest masterpiece: GROK3. He did tell us all he had built an AI cluster 2x more powerful than anyone else on planet Earth. The question we all have to ask is how can democracy survive if we continue to allow the concentration of power into the hands of a few people with zero governance. Patrick Upmann
