Global AI Class Actions: Man-Machine Hyperintelligence vs. Big Tech Fake AI
Big Tech AI, Greed and Stupidity are My Pet Aversions. Author
The Preamble
It's critical to understand that AI isn't a replication or replacement for human intelligence. It's an extension of it, to make better decisions and solutions and to be more productive, but it can't replicate or replace the value of human intuition, innovation and creativity.
True AI has enormous potential to transform human life and all industries and improve the human world and society in disruptive ways, BUT it cannot replicate or replace human intelligence at all. AI may be able to perform non-human tasks, jobs and works more quickly and accurately than humans, BUT it lacks the same level of general intelligence, creativity, insights and understanding that humans possess. Therefore, the most effective and responsible approach to AI is to view it as a powerful machine intelligence tool to augment human intelligence rather than a replication or replacement for it.
AI is incapable of human creativity or innovation, it cannot act outside the box and create original ideas. AI is based on data and algorithms, patterns and computation, whereas human intelligence implies creativity, innovation, intuition, inspiration, insights, ingenuity, and imagination. Therefore, real AI can be a valuable superintelligent complement for augmenting human intelligence but can never replicate or replace it.
Whoever states that AI can replicate or replace human intelligence is either lacking general intelligence, is an existential risk or a big fraud to be convicted of fraud.
The Rationale
The global market for Big Tech human-replicating AI, as cryptocurrencies, mutated into a trillion-dollar speculation in 2024. Since the launch of ChatGPT in November 2022, investors have added a $8.2 trillion to the market valuations of tech’s Big Six firms: Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, and Nvidia, if not accounting Tesla.
And things can get even more deranged in 2025 unless the human-competing intelligence is outlawed.
As a techno-scientific alternative, we create and advance the world's first Real AI Model of Real Machine Intelligence and Learning symbiotically completing human intelligence.
It invalidates the Big Tech "AI systems with human-competitive intelligence posing profound risks to society and humanity, as shown by extensive research?and acknowledged by top AI labs. This existential concern was alerted by 33707 experts, CEOs, engineers and developers with international names, the signers of?Pause Giant AI Experiments: An Open Letter.
Planning to launch global class/group/collective actions, we are looking to outlaw the global anti-human?AI experiment recovering billions of euros in restitution:
Big Tech AI as Human-Competing Intelligence
AI as Human AI or Artificial Human Intelligence or Human-Competing Intelligence or Counterfeiting Intelligence must be outlawed or disrupted by Real Machine Intelligence and Learning about the omniverse reality, physical, mental, social, virtual or digital.
The fundamental reason: "There’s No Artificial Intelligence but Machine/Computer/Digital Intelligence and Learning (MIL)"
The existential reason: “AI systems with human-competitive intelligence can pose profound risks to society and humanity, as shown by extensive research and acknowledged by top AI labs”. Pause Giant AI Experiments: An Open Letter is signed by 33707 AI stakeholders.
The human-like, anthropomorphic terms like "artificial intelligence", "machine learning", “neural networks”, “deep learning,” "training data", "humanoid AI robots:, etc., might be one of the most amoral mass marketing scams and consumer frauds of all time, raking in billions or trillions of dollars to its key beneficiaries, like Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta or Tesla.
The world has counterfeit money, documents, designer items, food, drinks, medicines, or personal care products, now we have counterfeit AI products, goods and services. The counterfeit booming industry is considered the largest illicit trade in the world, with?$2 trillion worth of counterfeit products sold to consumers annually, impacting up to 5.4m jobs, according to the National Crime Prevention Council. Counterfeiting is "a fraudulent imitation (a forgery) of a trusted brand and product, and it is a serious crime. Under U.S. federal law, for example, criminal counterfeiting offenses can be punished by life in prison and up to $30,000,000 in fines".
Meanwhile, led by big tech, Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta and Tesla, the largest AI companies by market capitalization,?57, have the?total market cap:?$15.673 T due to the fake AI brand equity, impacting 300 million full-time jobs, as to Goldman Sachs (The Potentially Large Effects of Artificial Intelligence on Economic Growth).
The Statement of Claims
AZAMAT ABDOULLAEV (Azamat Abdoullaev), Director of EIS Encyclopedic Intelligent Systems Ltd, Cyprus, EU, on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated
Plaintiff,
vs.
the CEOs of prominent AI companies [Nvidia, Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft & OpenAI, Tesla],
Defendants
Civil Action No. ________ CLASS ACTION LITIGATION
"Machine Intelligence and Learning (MIL) vs. Antihuman Intelligence (AI) (aka big tech artificial intelligence)"
"There’s No Artificial Intelligence but Machine/Computer/Digital Intelligence and Learning (MIL. MIL as a real, human-friendly, protagonistic. moral transdisciplinary machine intelligence featuring the universe modeling, reality simulating, and world understanding and interaction capabilities vs. AI as a human-unfriendly, antagonistic, amoral technology mimicking, imitating, simulating or faking the human body, brain, brains, behavior, business"
[Azamat Abdoullaev, Trans-AI: How to Build True AI or Real Machine Intelligence and Learning]
Claim: Today's human-mimicking artificial intelligence (AI) socio-engineering experiments, performed by the largest technology companies, the Defendants, are the biggest scam and threats to consumers, society, economy, and all humanity, while overhyped as "the biggest technological change in this century",
These Giant AI Experiments should be criminalized, not just paused, as it is requested by "Pause Giant AI Experiments: An Open Letter" (33707 signatures).
"AI systems with human-competitive intelligence can pose profound risks to society and humanity, as shown by extensive research and acknowledged by top AI labs"....
"Contemporary AI systems are now becoming human-competitive at general tasks, and we must ask ourselves: Should we let machines flood our information channels with propaganda and untruth? Should we automate away all the jobs, including the fulfilling ones? Should we develop nonhuman minds that might eventually outnumber, outsmart,?obsolete and replace?us? Should we risk loss of control of our civilization? Such decisions must not be delegated to unelected tech leaders. Powerful AI systems should be developed only once we are confident that their effects will be positive and their risks will be manageable".
Besides, authors, artists, writers and others are filing lawsuits against generative AI companies for using their data in bulk to train AI systems without permission.
More than 15,000 authors sign the Authors Guild's Open Letter to Generative AI Leaders calling on the CEOs of OpenAI, Alphabet, Meta, Stability AI, IBM, and Microsoft to obtain consent, credit, and fairly compensate writers for the use of copyrighted materials in training AI.
All AI training data copyright lawsuits come from the same cause: the Defendants' AI business models are the biggest scam, commercial fraud, threats to humanity, and to Real and True AI of Machine Intelligence and Learning (MIL), the biggest technological change in this century.
Again, today’s AI as owned by big tech companies is the biggest scam and commercial fraud, while being overhyped as the biggest technological change in the human history,
There are many AI cases vs. big tech's breaching the IP Rights globally, but our representative actions are the only fundamental litigation against the destructive, amoral, anti-scientific, anti-human assumptions of human-mimicking AI-like creations and inventions.
The big tech AI is designed to mimic human-created content "pirating copyright data from all over the internet, from social media posts, newspapers, books and even YouTube videos.. and any lawsuit against the genAI companies could actually end the AI industry as we know it".
Humanity should not play a lethal zero-sum conflict game of "who is gonna win?" with specialized superintelligent, human-like AI systems.
Preamble
We should never reason or act on irrational assumptions and anti-scientific premises to avoid the irrational results, harmful outcomes and destructive consequences.
It is completely amoral, unreasonable, illogical, groundless, silly or absurd to misconceive AI as mimicking, replicating or simulating the human body, brain, brains (intelligence), behavior or business (tasks), the misconceptions which are globally promoted by the big tech and big media.
It is irrational and destructive for every reason, scientific, technological, ethical, environmental, social, political or economic.
A human-mimicking "generative AI could expose the equivalent of 300mn full-time jobs to automation". [Global Economics Analyst: The Potentially Large Effects of Artificial Intelligence on Economic Growth, Goldman Sachs, Economic Research]
We must build a real and true and human-completing AI, as the computing machinery modeling and simulating and understanding reality, in all its complexity, including the power to effectively interact with the world. In the case of Big Tech, the root cause of harms lies in the predominant business models of human-mimicking AI/ML/DL which are deeply defective, amoral and fraudulent.
AI regulations, President Biden’s Executive Order on AI or the EU AI Act, are necessary but not sufficient policies for building a real and true, responsible and trustworthy, human-completing AI.
We are looking for a cease and desist order issued by high international and national courts or government agencies having legal power to prohibit the Big Seven offenders from continuing the illegal activities, starting from large-scale commercial fraud and massive IPRs violations up to existential risks.
The Global AI Class Actions, ""Real, Human-Completing AI vs. Deepfake, Human-Competing AI", as Human Intelligence & Real AI vs. Big Tech Deepfake AI", are against the technology corporations (Big Seven) who are capitalizing on the fake AI business models: Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft & OpenAI, Nvidia, Tesla, leaving aside the Big Five in China: Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent, and Xiaomi.
Humanity has two alternative futures:
The first scenario is about a techno-sustainable REAL AI world, while the second one, a grim dystopian anti-human Matrix world, occupied by deepfake technologies, as human-mimicking AI, humanoid robotics, digital human AI twins and human-replacing AI agents, algorithms and systems, promoted by the big tech oligopolies.
To build real, human-completing AI machines, 1) teach them the world knowledge and how to interact with all possible environments, 2) imbue machines with a comprehensive understanding of the world that mirrors reality in all its complexity, not faking the human mind/cognition/intelligence/behavior/business, 3) integrate all valuable AI models and ML algorithms into the World/Reality Modeling Engine, 4) formalize reality as causal world hypergraph networks [underlying computer networks,?natural networks, biological networks, brain networks,?climate networks,?social networks or technological networks], 5) embrace all valuable emerging and digital technologies
REAL AI = World Modeling Engine + AI + ML + DL + NLU + 6G+ Bio-, Nano-, Cognitive engineering + Robotics +?SC, QC + the Internet of Everything + MME, BCE + Human Minds =?Unified [Man-Machine] Hyperintelligence
The Largest Class Action Litigation: Fines and Penalties, Damages and Compensations
The suits are seeking damages, compensatory and punitive, up to 30% of market cap of the Big Seven; for the deliberate misleading advertising and unethical business practices as massive IPRs infringements and personal data exploitation.
The settlement will go to those who suffered from commercial fraud, IPR's violations, to lead plaintiffs and contingency fees' attorneys, and to the development of a real, true, human completing AI, as Human-Augmenting Machine Intelligence and Learning (see Supplement 3).
European regulators trying to crack down on Big Tech with no big effects, the EU's multi-billion antitrust activities fines and penalties would hardly be ever recovered, considering all the loopholes.
Meanwhile, the Big Tech oligopolies are booming and blooming, which is mostly due to deliberate misleading advertising and unethical business practices as massive IPRs infringements and personal data exploitation.
The Big Seven's market capitalization exceeds $10 trillion of all companies: 8,184?and?total market cap: $101.738 T.
There is a more effective legal action to enforce the antitrust laws compliance, which is
Global AI class actions vs. Big Seven [Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft & OpenAI, Nvidia, Tesla] Deepfake AI/ML/DL/LLMs
As the largest profit-makes and promoters, the big tech companies must be served with a cease and desist order, as well as fined for overcapitalizing on deepfake AI products and services globally.
The Global AI Big Tech Class Actions have all the necessary scientific and technological, legal and ethical grounds to be launched across all the EU Member States, as well as the UK and USA, China and Russia.
Big Tech's Big Lies
The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has published a series of blog posts that discuss potential abuses of AI technology that would violate federal consumer protection statutes. The potential violations highlighted by the FTC include inaccurate use of the term “artificial intelligence” in marketing a product, AI generating deceptive content, manipulating customers using AI, and even misleading marketing claims about AI detection products. See Michael Atleson, “Keep your AI claims in check”, FTC (Feb. 27, 2023); Michael Atleson, “Chatbots, deepfakes, and voice clones: AI deception for sale”, FTC (Mar. 20, 2023); Michael Atleson, “The Luring Test: AI and the engineering of consumer trust”, FTC (May 1, 2023); Michael Atleson, “Watching the detectives: Suspicious marketing claims for tools that spot AI-generated content”, FTC (July 6, 2023).
?AI hype is playing out today across many products, as software and hardware, from toys to cars to large language models and chatbots and a lot of things in between, with false or unsubstantiated claims about a product’s efficacy.
It is critically important to stop the major promotors and stakeholders from overusing and abusing emerging general-purpose AI technologies.
Now, what really is “artificial intelligence”, or do the big tech products and services actually use AI at all?
It is hardly "a variety of technological tools and techniques that use computation to perform tasks such as predictions, decisions, or recommendations".
As a matter of fact, there is Artificial Intelligence and artificial intelligence, as Real/True AI (RAI) vs. Fake/False AI (FAI).
The real one is imitating, replicating. modeling or simulating reality to effectively complete human intelligence, which is REAL and TRUE AI.
The false one is imitating, replicating, modeling or simulating human intelligence to effectively substitute it, which is a FFAI or Deepfake AI, promoted and capitalized by the Big Tech companies, the most valuable public companies, with a maximum market cap of around 1 to above 3 trillion USD, while setting the Deepfake AI policy worldwide to reinforce dominance, power and surveillance capitalism to predict and control human behavior
Big Tech or the Tech Giants are the largest ICT companies, embracing the Big Seven tech companies in the United States: Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, and the Big Five in China: Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent, and Xiaomi.
The concept of Big Tech, known also as G-MAFIA and BAT-Triada, is analogous to the market oligopolies in other market sectors: the Big Three in investment banking, the Big Three consulting firms, Big Oli, Big Media, Big Tobacco, Big Pharma, etc.
Find below the rationale behind our consumer class actions against the "big tech deepfake AI" to bring claims for "false advertising, defective products, antitrust violations or consumer fraud".
If the Big Seven Deepfake AI litigation is successful in holding the tech giants to justice, this could drastically redefine the global AI market, making way for all-sustainable, inclusive, intelligent world (I-World).
Why to Start Worldwide Class Action Lawsuits?
Tech giants AI oligopolies are modern-day versions of railroad and oil monopolies. Multiple antitrust cases have been filed by the EU and the US, without changing the way Big Tech operates.?
The Big Tech claim, "artificial intelligence is the reproduction/simulation/replication of human intelligence, designed to think and learn and act like humans", is both the commercial fraud, and existential risk and threat to humanity.
"AI systems with human-competitive intelligence can pose profound risks to society and humanity, as shown by extensive research and acknowledged by top AI labs" [Pause Giant AI Experiments: An Open Letter, 33708 signatures ].
"Mitigating the risk of extinction from AI should be a global priority alongside other societal-scale risks such as pandemics and nuclear war" [Statement on AI?Risk: AI experts and public figures express their concern about AI risk].
Saving Humanity from Homo Sapiens, or preventing existential threats to humankind brought about by the big tech AI technology
Within two year, we have posted our civil duty concern about
With Global World Product of $94 trillion annually, $4.7 trillion is lost to fraud as to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
With the CHIT tech giants, the fraud amount could easily exceed $20 trillion.
Microsoft is the world's most valuable public company with a market cap exceeding $3 trillion, closely followed by Apple, Alphabet, Amazon, Nvidia (1,8 trillion) and Meta Platforms ($1,2 trillion), all Nvidia’s strategic collaborations. Nvidia's 2024 GPU shipments are to rise to 4 million, up from an estimated 1,8 million in 2023, as the company rolls out its H200 and B100 GPUs, marketed as AI chips for autonomous vehicles and cloud-computing data centers.
Now, considering the explosive growth size of the CHIT industry, we have to try all legal measures to stop the biggest commercial fraud ever in the modern human history. Presently, "authors, artists and others are filing lawsuits against generative AI companies for using their data in bulk to train AI systems without permission".
Eliminating fraud seems unrealistic, since such a social phenomenon is universal and hardly avoidable.
But the threat of human-imitating AI fraud is qualified as the most dangerous human-created existential risk (X-risk) which must not be ignored by the general public and governments. There must be the most radical actions ever taken to protect humans, not just Europeans or Americans, from?the existential?risks?of?human-imitating-replacing big tech AI?systems.
The European Commission released the proposed Regulation on Artificial Intelligence (AI Act) on 21 April 2021. The Act is the first-ever legal framework that sets out harmonised rules for the development, placing on the market, and use of artificial intelligence in the European Union.
The EU AI Act seeks to implement AI regulations to ensure that any system that is placed on the EU market is altogether trustworthy, safe and lawful, introducing the pyramid of risk levels.
President?Biden Issues Executive Order on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence to "establish new standards for AI safety and security, protects Americans’ privacy, advances equity and civil rights, stands up for consumers and workers, promotes innovation and competition, advances American leadership around the world, and more".
There is a call on all AI labs to immediately pause for at least 6 months the training of AI systems more powerful than GPT-4, having 33K+ signatures. [Pause Giant AI Experiments: An Open Letter]
Besides, on May 30, 2023, hundreds of AI experts and other figures signed the Statement on AI Risk: Mitigating the risk of extinction from AI should be a global priority alongside other societal-scale risks such as pandemics and nuclear war.
There are all necessary reasons for a global class-action lawsuit against the big tech fake AI, capitalizing the false claim that "Artificial intelligence is the reproduction of human intelligence, designed to think and learn and act like humans".
As a lead claimant, we are going to allege that the big tech companies have been engaged in fraudulent business practices and misled the public about the existential risks of human-mimicking/imitating/replicating AI.
It is an ‘opt out’ consumer class action, where the plaintiff-consumer brings claims for false advertising, defective products, antitrust violations, and consumer fraud, while representing a category of people, as fake AI services and products users. Nobody else is required to ‘sign up’ to the claim. If the lead claimant wins, everybody who meets the criteria of the claim is entitled to compensation.
It must be the largest class-action lawsuit in history against the largest IT companies, including Microsoft, Alphabet (Google), Apple, Amazon, Meta, and Nvidia.
Up to date, "The largest lawsuit in history was the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement in November 1998. This lawsuit resulted in a record-breaking settlement of $206 billion, paid by major tobacco companies (Brown & Williamson, Lorillard, Phillip Morris Inc., and R J Reynolds) to 46 US states to cover public health-care costs related to tobacco-induced illnesses.

Who and How Plays a Multi-Trillion AI Trend?
“Artificial intelligence,” or “AI,” "Machine learning", or "ML", "Deep Learning", or "DL", "Artificial Neural Networks", or "ANNs", "Generative AI", or "GenAI", "Large Language Models", or "LLMs", "Generative Pre-trained Transformer", or "GPT", and ChatGPT have become popular words in the mainstream media.
It’s used in news headlines about everything from public health and finance to climate change and arms control.
AI is the best commercial tool to hype new businesses, products and services, making its main promoters leading tech companies worldwide 2024, by market capitalization.
Besides, AI is at the center of debates about public policy, social inequality, and technological unemployment.
But AI’s rising popularity is coupled with biases and ambiguity, misunderstanding, outright fictions, and many other common issues:
"bias in algorithms, privacy concerns, lack of transparency, overreliance on AI, security vulnerabilities, job displacement, ethical dilemmas, data quality issues, algorithmic accountability, environmental impact, legal and regulatory challenges, inadequate diversity and inclusion, algorithmic monopolization, unintended consequences, and lack of public understanding".
What is AI? How does it work? And what is it really capable of?
To study, explore, investigate, understand any complex domain of reality, the researcher or developer should know its axioms, definitions and assumptions, objects and classes, properties, rules and relationships, or interactions, all in one general context and settings or frameworks.
The same ontology and scientific methodology should refer to one of the most life-critical domains of science, engineering and technology, AI, MI, ML.

As a matter of fact, AI is not only missing any common definition and postulates, but its biggest stakeholders employ nonscientific, non-real and subjective interpretations.
AI's promotion in sci-fi, academia and big tech has led to the misconception and dangerous myths that it possesses human-like perception, intelligence, understanding, learning, reasoning and decision-making. In reality, AI doesn't "understand" information or learn from experience or what else like humans do. AI systems excel humans at processing and analyzing huge datasets, identifying statistical patterns, and making predictions based on statistical models and mathematical techniques.
Our task is to discover the real nature of AI, as True AI vs. False AI, elucidating the conceptual foundations of the general-purpose technology integrating all the valuable digital and emerging technologies.
WHAT IS AI, or a Real and True AI
It is the science and engineering of making intelligent machines, especially intelligent computer programs. It is related to the similar task of using computers to understand human intelligence, but AI does not have to confine itself to methods that are biologically observable. (J. McCarthy)
Artificial intelligence is the intelligence of machines or software, as opposed to the intelligence of other living beings, primarily of humans.
It is a field of study in computer science that develops and studies intelligent machines. Such machines may be called AIs (Wikipedia)
WHAT IS NOT-AI, or a FAKE and FALSE AI
AI is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems.
Artificial intelligence leverages computers and machines to mimic the problem-solving and decision-making capabilities of the human mind (IBM)
AI is a machine's ability to perform the cognitive functions we associate with human minds, such as perceiving, reasoning, learning, interacting with an environment, problem solving, and even exercising creativity.
Artificial intelligence is a machine’s ability to perform the cognitive functions we usually associate with human minds. (McKinsey & Co)
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a set of technologies that enable computers to perform a variety of advanced functions, including the ability to see, understand and translate spoken and written language, analyze data, make recommendations, and more. (Google)?
It’s the capability of a computer system to mimic human-like cognitive functions such as learning and problem-solving. Using math and logic, a computer system simulates the reasoning that humans use to learn from new information and make decisions. An artificially intelligent computer system makes predictions or takes actions based on patterns in existing data and can then learn from its errors to increase its accuracy, Machine learning focuses on training machines to analyze and learn from data the way humans do. (Microsoft).
Meta AI is an artificial intelligence laboratory owned by Meta Platforms Inc. (formerly known as Facebook, Inc.) Meta AI develops various forms of human-imitating AI, developing augmented and artificial reality technologies. Through research and community collaboration, we’re advancing the state-of-the-art in Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, Infrastructure and other areas of AI.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is the field of computer science dedicated to solving cognitive problems commonly associated with human intelligence, such as learning, creation, and image recognition. Modern organizations collect large volumes of data from diverse sources like smart sensors, human-generated content, monitoring tools, and system logs. The goal with AI is to create self-learning systems that derive meaning from data. Then, AI can apply that knowledge to solve new problems in human-like ways (Amazon).
Apple AI is used as a catch-all term in this piece for anything related to machine learning, transformer technology, generative AI, and other systems being developed by the company. The term is not official by any stretch.
AI is the capability of a computer program or a machine to think and learn and take actions without being explicitly encoded with commands. AI can be thought of as the development of computer systems that can perform tasks autonomously, ingesting and analyzing enormous volumes of data, then recognizing patterns in that data. The large and growing AI field of study is always oriented around developing systems that perform tasks that would otherwise require human intelligence to complete—only at speeds beyond any individual’s or group’s capabilities. For this reason, AI is broadly seen as both disruptive and highly transformational. (Nvidia)
A key benefit of AI systems is the ability to actually learn from experiences or learn patterns from data, adjusting on its own when new inputs and data are fed into these systems. This self-learning allows AI systems to accomplish a stunning variety of tasks, including image recognition; natural language speech recognition; language translation; crop yield predictions; medical diagnostics; navigation; loan risk analysis; error-prone boring human tasks; and hundreds of other use cases (Nvidia).
As outlined in the Open Letter, "AI systems with human-competitive intelligence can pose profound risks to society and humanity, as shown by extensive research and acknowledged by top AI labs".
Real/True/Scientific AI vs. Fake/False/Human-Simulating AI
REAL AND TRUE AI is transdisciplinary, transformative and translational, transcendental and techno-scientific (5TAI).
And it is not simply fragmented into many isolated special fields and narrow domains, as in:
a human intelligence/mind/brain-mimicking/replicating/simulating project
a formal logical intelligence project
an epistemological intelligence project
a semantic web intelligence project
a psychological, cognitive intelligence project
a biological/neural network intelligence project, as ANNs, GPT
a mathematical intelligence project
a statistical or machine learning project, as ML and DL
a computational software/hardware project
an algorithmic, model-based learning project
a probabilistic intelligence project
a big data mining and knowledge discovery project
a natural language intelligence project, as Large Language Models
an ethical intelligence project
a socio-political intelligence geo-project
a military intelligence project, LAWs, Lethal Autonomous Weapons
a brain–computer interface (BCI), brain–machine interface (BMI) or smartbrain project...
First and foremost, AI is about the world, its truths, laws and facts, how it is structured and functions, how it behaves and should be effectively interacted.
REAL and TRUE AI is an onto-techno-scientific project based on the hard reality and ground truths and facts, deeply involving the world ontology and mathematics, science, engineering and technology.
All critical achievements in all human history are mainly ontological projects, of various scales and scopes, from Plato's Realism to Science and Technology, as the modern extension of Natural Philosophy, Applied Ontology, Empirical Science and Technology.

ANI v OpenAI: A copyright, AI training and false attribution dispute. A legal case in Delhi High Court: the Indian news agency ANI (Asian News International) suing OpenAI, the creators of ChatGPT, alleging copyright infringement, false attribution and improper use of their content.
ChatGPT data sources. ANI alleges that ChatGPT, OpenAI’s large-language model for AI machine learning, accesses data from three primary sources: public data; data from third-party partners; and data researched directly by OpenAI. ANI claims its content falls under these categories, and that OpenAI improperly used it for training its AI model.
ANI argues that OpenAI infringed its copyright by storing, using and making copies of its copyrighted materials for training purposes without permission.
OpenAI faces multiple lawsuits in the US, Canada and Germany, no court has granted an injunction or found any copyright infringement on the part of OpenAI, including cases where similar claims have been made by other media organisations.
To win, ANI must follow the the strategic AI policy framework, providing context, rationale, principles, and broad strategic direction, from Global AI Class Actions: Man-Machine Hyperintelligence vs. Big Tech Fake AI
SUPPLEMENT 1
"Five are US tech companies. Global regulators cast these tech giants as modern-day versions of railroad and oil monopolies. Multiple antitrust cases have been filed. Even ahead of rulings, scrutiny is changing the way Big Tech operates.?
In the US, the Department of Justice has filed two antitrust lawsuits against Google, one focusing on search, the other on digital advertising. It may soon file a case against Apple. The Federal Trade Commission accused Meta of suppressing social media competition by buying WhatsApp and Instagram and alleges that Amazon’s online retail store is an illegal monopoly.
Regulators worry that companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon and Nvidia freeze out competitors.
Between them, they dominate markets such as ecommerce, artificial intelligence chips and digital advertising. Combined, they sit on almost half a trillion dollars of cash and marketable securities".?[Global regulators’ assault is already crimping Big Tech’s prospects, Antitrust action is hampering M&A in sector while groups also face more fines and higher compliance costs]
SUPPLEMENT 2
"Nobody can forecast the future of human world. It is a riddle wrapped in an enigma inside a mystery: but there is a key. That key is man-machine superintelligence. And whoever believes that humanity will do business as usual lost in his fiction reality made of fictional entities".
There is artificial intelligence and Artificial Intelligence, as Fake AI (FAI) vs. Real AI (RAI).
One is imitating, replicating, modeling or simulating human intelligence to effectively substitute it, which is a Fake and False AI.
The other one is imitating, replicating. modeling or simulating reality to effectively complete human intelligence, which is a REAL and TRUE AI.
We advance the Iron Law of Intelligence (ILI/AA) evidenced by all intellectual activities and meaningful human practice:
"World/Reality Modeling/Simulating defines Intelligence and Learning and Inference and Interaction, and vice versa"
No Reality Modeling, No Real Intelligence, and vice versa…
Real intelligence, human intelligence or machine intelligence or man-machine hyperintelligence, consists in its power to effectively interact with the world, as a dynamic causal world model, to be INTERACTIVE as an AGENT INTELLECT (intellectus agens; active intelligence, active reason, or productive intellect)...
The reason for positing a single Agent Intellect is that all (intelligent) entities possess or have access to a fixed and stable set of world's categories, a unified world knowledge of reality (the universe). The only way that all rational agents could possess the same correct knowledge is if they all had access to some central knowledge store, as terminals might have access to a mainframe computer, or task-specific ML models to the cloud AI platforms, or the Internet of Everything to the Future AI Internet.
One of the consequences of the ILI/AA is that the complexity, scope and scale, accuracy and precision, of reality modeling determines the complexity, scope and scale, accuracy and precision, of intelligence, human intelligence or machine intelligence or man-machine hyperintelligence,
This rule refers to all AI, including gen AI, foundation models, LLMs and ChatGPT, to be transformed to Multimodal Large World or Reality Models, following the ILI/AA.
SUPPLEMENT 3: Trans-AI: How to Build True AI or Real Machine Intelligence and Learning
We are at the edge of colossal changes. This is a critical moment of historical choice and opportunity. It could be the best 5 years ahead of us that we have ever had in human history or one of the worst, because we have all the power, technology and knowledge to create the most fundamental general-purpose technology (GPT), which could completely upend the whole human history.
The most important GPTs were fire, the wheel, language, writing, the printing press, the steam engine, electric power, information and telecommunications technology, all to be topped by real artificial intelligence technology.
Our study refers to Why and How the Real Machine Intelligence or True AI or Real Superintelligence (RSI) could be designed and developed, deployed and distributed in the next 5 years. The whole idea of RSI took about three decades in three phases. The first conceptual model of TransAI was published in 1989. It covered all possible physical phenomena, effects and processes. The more extended model of Real AI was developed in 1999.
A complete theory of superintelligence, with its reality model, global knowledge base, NL programing language, and master algorithm, was presented in 2008. The RSI project has been finally completed in 2020, with some key findings and discoveries being published on the EU AI Alliance/Futurium site in 20+ articles. The RSI features a unifying World Metamodel (Global Ontology), with a General Intelligence Framework (Master Algorithm), Standard Data Type Hierarchy, NL Programming Language, to effectively interact with the world by intelligent processing of its data, from the web data to the real-world data.
The basic results with technical specifications, classifications, formulas, algorithms, designs and patterns, were kept as a trade secret and documented as the Corporate Confidential Report: How to Engineer Man-Machine Superintelligence 2025.
As a member of EU AI Alliance, the author has proposed the Man-Machine RSI Platform as a key part of Transnational EU-Russia Project. To shape a smart and sustainable future, the world should invest into the RSI Science and Technology, for the Trans-AI paradigm is the way to an inclusive, instrumented, interconnected and intelligent world.
