A few days ago. Moveworks Inc., a generative AI copilot for enterprise employee support, unveiled Agentic Automation, a new platform that empowers developers to build advanced AI agents.
AI agents are autonomous software programs designed to perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with their environment or users without continuous human intervention. They operate based on a set of rules, algorithms, or machine learning models, allowing them to perceive their surroundings, reason about how to achieve goals, and act accordingly.
AI agents come in various forms, depending on their level of autonomy and the complexity of tasks they are designed to handle. They range from fully autonomous (automated AI agents) to semi-autonomous (semi-automated agents) and collaborative forms, depending on how much human involvement or collaboration they require to achieve their goals.

I firmly believe that AI will inevitably reach intelligence and communication proficiency, and the line between humans and artificial beings will become indistinguishable. As artificial agents engage in natural conversations and build meaningful relationships over time, the divide between human-to-human and human-to-technology interactions will disappear. Additionally, as human bodies and minds are enhanced with AI and robotics, the very definition of what it means to be "human" will evolve.
