8 个月Seeing Workday address AI's role in the future of work highlights an important conversation for us in compensation. As we integrate AI into job architecture, it's crucial we proceed with caution. AI brings incredible efficiency and insights, but we must vigilantly guard against unintentional biases and ensure transparency and fairness remain at the forefront. Let's not forget the human element in our data-driven decisions. How are you ensuring AI supports fair and equitable compensation practices in your organization? PS - I love the quote from Jim Stratton "Rather than eliminating jobs, we're instead seeing AI cause people's roles to morph - often in ways that are ultimately beneficial to the employee." Yes to this 100% Career satisfaction is everything for building engagement. Let's let folks become better experts at what they do and get them out of repetition!
