1. Coding & Development:

  • Claude Premium: Used for generating BRDs, project plans, DFDs, and system architecture. Allows for multiple attachments, facilitating thorough documentation. For BRD/PRD, other suggested tools are Clickup brain, Cohesive ai
  • VSC Integration with Claude API: Developers use Claude for code generation, fed with older code for context. They follow a prompt library and test in UAT. Other suggested tools are Askcodi, Anthropoc sonnet.
  • Code Review & QA: Team leaders and QA teams use Claude to review, test, and document code.
  • Cloud Management: Gemini Cloud Assist handles cloud monitoring, while Terraform automates cloud scripting.

  • Wireframing: Uizard

2. Sales Automation:

  • MeetGeek: Records and logs sales conversations, feeding insights into Claude to update playbooks and generate proposals. Another option is to use MS teams to record sales calls, chatgpt to summarize the call and take meeting notes, update CRM like hubspot and send emails and then track it. Avoma is another good tool which can help skip this process of summarizing and updating CRMs.
  • Proposal Generation: Claude is used to automatically draft proposals based on prior work and MeetGeek inputs.
  • Supervity: Built in-house for sales agent automation.
  • MS Teams & ChatGPT: Used to record and summarize sales calls, update CRM (HubSpot), and manage follow-ups.

3. Lead Generation:

  • Custom In-House Tool: Uses ICP and buyer persona data to connect to Google search and LLMs (via Gemini) for identifying prospects. Other option is to use R2B2B which can be automated by make.com to insert records in a google sheet. This only works if you’re selling to the US Market, otherwise look at sixsense but it is expensive.
  • RocketReach & Apollo: For gathering contact information like email IDs, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles. Clay for lead enrichment, expensive but effective.
  • Funnel management

4. Marketing:

  • Content Generation: Claude handles PR and article creation. Canva AI and Animaker are used for tutorial and explainer videos, while Runway AI handles marketing videos.
  • Email Marketing: Artisans.co and 11x.ai are used for emailer automation.
  • Social Listening: Buzzsumo.
  • SEO: SEMRush, SEOpital, Gumloop, Jasper
  • Video Content: Heygen.ai .
  • SMM: Ocoya and Buffer, with Ocoya integrated with Canva.
