While Copilot and Bing enhance your strategic thinking, Bard takes things to a whole new level. This knowledge powerhouse unlocks a world of insights, propelling you towards leadership excellence.

This is where AI enters the picture
Extensive interviews conducted by Jorge Zuazola CEO & Founder European Leadership, from December 2023 to February 2024 reveal a concerning trend: both companies and individuals lack a comprehensive AI strategy. Experts in North America and Britain have already emphasized this critical issue in their 2023 LinkedIn newsletters.
The lack of strategy is particularly alarming among corporations. Despite using Microsoft products like Outlook, many companies remain unaware of the magical blue and green Microsoft Copilot icon. This vital tool, easily accessed through LinkedIn and other networks, streamlines email creation and offers invaluable leadership development resources. Shockingly, some companies even restrict employee access to gemini.google.com, a crucial gateway to Google's AI technology.
This lack of understanding underscores a fundamental misconception: strategy is a cognitive ladder, not a static endpoint. Embracing self-organization is the first step to unlocking AI's transformative potential for leadership.
"Management is efficiency in climbing the ladder of success. Leadership determines whether the ladder is leaning towards the right wall." – Stephen Covey
This timeless wisdom highlights the crucial distinction between management and leadership. While efficiency is vital, true leaders ask the deeper question: Are we pursuing the right goals?
This resonates with the insights of other leadership luminaries:
Jorge Zuazola: "Management is craft, it is a profession. Leadership is art, it is an inspiration."
Steve Jobs: "Management is about persuading people to do things they do not want to do, Leadership is about inspiring people to do things they never thought they could."
Peter Drucker: "Management is doing things right. Leadership is doing the right things."
These quotes emphasize the nuanced relationship between management and leadership. In today's complex world, leaders need tools to navigate uncharted territory and make the "right" decisions in an ever-changing landscape.
Embrace AI and unlock your full leadership potential with 5.0 Leadership Training!
Remember: While AI tools like Copilot and Bard are powerful allies, true leadership requires human ingenuity and ethical responsibility. Embrace AI to augment your cognitive abilities and build a future where humans and AI collaborate to achieve more.
Comparing Copilot and ChatGPT:
ZDNet's evaluation highlights several advantages of Bing's Copilot (formerly Bing Chat) over ChatGPT
Microsoft Bing Search and ChatGPT:
According to Blue Stacks, Bing search utilizes the same technology as ChatGPT, ensuring accurate results based on OpenAI's LLM. However, Bing search benefits from several additional features:

This is what Jorge Zuazola writes in 5.0 Leadership in the AI Era A June 2023 article which is an eye opener: From Friedmann to Zig Ziglar The article 4 Examples of How to Use AI on LinkedIn: It's Easier Than You Think! is worth reading by the book i.e. every single comma of the article and all of the videos in there are worth reviewing. The digital landscape is evolving at an exponential rate, propelled by the revolutionary power of Artificial Intelligence (AI). As leaders, navigating this dynamic terrain demands more than adaptation; it necessitates a transformation in strategic thinking. Enter AI 5.0 Leadership Training, a paradigm shift equipping you to climb beyond mere awareness and ascend the cognitive ladder of strategic prowess.Imagine a ladder leading to organizational excellence. Each rung represents a critical cognitive step in crafting and executing strategy. Traditionally, leaders climbed this ladder independently, relying on intuition, experience, and limited data analysis. While valuable, this approach often fell short in harnessing the full potential of information and strategic opportunities. Now AI disrupts the game. It acts as a powerful cognitive amplifier, augmenting each step of the leadership ladder:
Strategy and training are essential for success
In the AI-driven era of 2024, strategy and training are essential for success. By developing a clear strategy and equipping yourself with the skills to implement it effectively, you can position your organization for success in the years to come.
Good strategy is part of what leadership is all about i.e strategy is a cognitive ladder which makes people not to understand what Chema Vich or Dirk Zee′s posting do understand like we do i.e.

Everyone needs training in AI. That is why in this article we give you plenty of information below. However AI is much much much easier than you think. In fact it was published in a newsletter in Europe here last July 2023 and I ignored it. It already told us that the starting point is Microsoft Edge, which now has the excellence of Copilot with Bing, which plugs directly into LinkedIn. I did not do it until September when Bard was available in Europe. But Bard is another game, it is a warehouse of knowledge which will take you to a new level.

It all comes down to your ability to prompt, but as you shall see in many videos below, a prompt is not an engineering prompt, a prompt in strategy and leadership is the capacity to ask good questions exactly as Peter Drucker said.

What is going on with Google's AI product branding!?
Sunny and I broke it down: Google Brain and DeepMind have merged into Google DeepMind Gemini is the new underlying mode Bard is the chat interface Duet AI is Google Workspace's AI helper Google Labs is where you can test out new products... it goes on and on.
My solution: Consolidate the branding! One name: Bard, a product by Google As Sunny points out, Microsoft has done this well with Copilot. OpenAI, despite having a bunch of offerings and models, is most well-known for ChatGPT. But Google is all over the place! How would you punch up Google's AI branding?

Microsoft Copilot with Bing Chat AI much more that you can think of
Microsoft is the owner of Linkedin and the quality of these videos speak by themselves
Regarding your point about strategic thinking, it’s important to note that strategy often involves a series of steps or a “ladder” as you mentioned. Each rung of the ladder could represent a different stage of the strategic process, such as setting goals, gathering information, generating options, evaluating options, making a decision, and reviewing the decision. As an AI, I can assist users in each of these stages by providing relevant information, generating ideas, evaluating options based on available data, and more. However, the final decision always rests with the user. I’m here to assist, not to make decisions for the user. I hope this helps!
It does help because last summer this British Expert already said in his articles and videos (see below) that the right thing to do is simply to have the Microsoft Edge Browser open and use the official Copilot with Bing Chat AI of Microsoft as you can see here Using AI within Edge browser in LinkedIn
why do people do not do it ?
Lack of understanding of what strategy is as we explain in the finish off of this article. Another American expert, also a nice chap like the above British, said the same a month after the above video in his LinkedIn newsletter "there is far too much 2023 summer talk and very little strategy"
These videos will help you to understand the importance of training
