The Ahvaz oil field is located in Khuzestan Province of Iran.

• Discovered in 1953.
• Start of production 1954
• Developed by, National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC)
• Proven reserves (PR), around 65,5 billion barrels.
• Holds 18 billion barrels of recoverable oil reserves, ranking as the eighth biggest onshore oil field in the world.
