The idea behind ShareVest Enterprises Holdings (the servers are down. upgrade soon) at first was to help locals fund their Projects if they're worthwhile investments (according to us) and find the right partners and Individuals for them.
We also offered a few other financial services on the side
We wanted to diversify our Investments and as we raised some funds, the majority of our Investors were interested in what Tunisia had to offer in terms of quality investment, highest ROI possible with as minimal risk as possible (isn't that the dream for every Investor?)
At first, I approached this like an engineer I tried to write data preprocessing scripts, exploratory data analysis notebooks, and machine learning models to predict the most valuable investment assets in Tunisia (I will post updates soon star the github repo here) that didn't work as much as I expected, but then I wanted to try more of an old school approach
We then took a random (not so random) decision to find agro-investments on a local and national level (I will go into why in other articles soon).
Are you familiar with the Term 'Seasonal Investing'? Seasonal investing is based on the idea that markets tend to exhibit recurring patterns or behaviors during certain times of the year. These patterns can be influenced by a variety of factors, from weather to economic events. And as a Tunisian or potentially a northAfrican you may have an idea about the consumption patterns in summers. ????????????????????????????????

You guessed right; We decided to invest in suitable orchards all over the country, focusing on watermelon farms initially, I had also the opportunity to meet with a few local businessemen that had experience in this line of work as I took a quick look on their performance sheet the last 5 years, it became a bit clear as to why this might be a fine first Investments to try things out here in Tunisia. And that's what we initially did. The idea behind ShareVest Enterprises Holdings and soon RelVest isn't just to connect investors together or invest in behalf of clients. Its about understanding the Perfect opportunities for our clients and how we can align that with a decision that can make some good economical impact and change. In our way to PrivateEquity soon get ready for that
Find worthy agro-investments in Tunisia isn't hard and doesn't require a lot of brains or expertise in business to figure that out, the ideal approach for us is to find leverage to scale these preexisting funnels with every farm or business we deal with and hatch the Profits with our clients.
We divide our Investors in 5 unique levels, depending on the amount they're putting, their risk tolerance and what they want to put money and so on, with these orchards Investments (4 watermelon farms) is it hatches 2.3x the initial investments amount in the earliest 3 months
What was unique about it is that is A cash-dealt fruit business, it ensures high cash turnover, with efficient inventory and supply chain management, competitive pricing, diverse sales channels, and maintains strong relationships with retail and bulk customers while ensuring product freshness. We refined the entire operations for a smoother ride
