According to Wikipedia, "Agree to disagree" or "agreeing to disagree" is a phrase in English referring to the resolution of a conflict whereby all parties tolerate but do not accept the opposing position. It generally occurs when all sides recognize that further conflict would be unnecessary, ineffective or otherwise undesirable
You can tell a bully from a leader by how treat the people that disagree them...
When we run into issues, and we walk away the situation will be eased...
Fish always rots from the head... organizations also follow the same
If perceptions or thoughts are not articulated clearly, then disagreements come in to picture, conflicts to be resolved.
Come up with precise and clear thoughts, one has to know right words to use, articulating the intentions and speaking your mind is important...
Disagree Phrase always has a negative connotation
If two people disagree, there is diverse opinion, if there is a diverse opinion, it leads to a better product, and ideas lead to positive things?
To create great atmosphere where everyone can disagree, leaders play a critical role?

Respecting Disagreement should be inculcated in the kids and we need to teach. It is okay to disagree,
Context - opinion about that particular situation...
In the hierarchical societies we have the feeling that if we are saying no to something, we are saying no to that individual...
But in a few countries, people are more mature...they disagree to that situation only but not the person.
Participants are learning through their children in a subtle way. Children are the New Age Gurus- they are making us to realize that, relations need not end etc.
Why can't we disagree in a pleasant manner?

Are the Disagreements prevalent ONLY in commercial dealings?
The answer is NO
If the importance given to a person - who is on other side.. agrees at times to appease the other person
Agree to Disagree is innate,
Culture aspects play a crucial role...
