At Agnos Health, we're thrilled to share our latest healthcare initiative, a transformative project in collaboration with Ratchaphiphat Hospital, Klang Hospital, and Sirindhorn Hospital. Our goal is to enhance the quality of healthcare services for the citizens of Bangkok by leveraging AI to streamline operations and improve patient care.

Our journey began with a meeting with the Bangkok City Council on September 10, 2023. Following this productive discussion, we secured a follow-up meeting to delve deeper into how Agnos can work hand in hand with the medical authorities to create positive changes. The agenda for this upcoming meeting is centred around integrating Agnos AI systems with the existing healthcare infrastructure of Bangkok.

Dr. Paphonwit Chaiwatanodom, CEO of Agnos Health, also engaged in a constructive discussion with the Bangkok Medical Service Department. During this meeting, we explored the feasibility of our innovative healthcare solution, discussed strategies for seamless integration with the Hospital Information System (HIS), and assessed the scalability of our project.

Our journey doesn't end here. We have already visited the 3 hospitals, including Ratchaphiphat, Klang, and Sirindhorn Hospitals, where our solution will be implemented to gain a deeper understanding of their systems and workflows. This hands-on approach allows us to tailor our solutions to their specific needs, ensuring a seamless integration.

Our solution

Utilising AI technology, we have integrated a, patient-centred digital triage solution within the hospitals’ LINE OA platform. This innovative approach empowers individuals to conduct personal health assessments.

Here's how it elevates patient care:

  • The AI-driven symptom checker classifies urgency through a colour-coded triage system: red for immediate care, yellow for those who should consult a doctor, and green for conditions manageable with self-care and over-the-counter drugs. For green-coded users, it's a smooth transition to purchase medications and manage self-care, fostering autonomy in personal health management. Yellow-coded patients benefit from the convenience of scheduling online appointments with the appropriate specialists, ensuring a tailored healthcare experience. In critical situations, red-coded individuals are directed to expedite emergency services by contacting 1669, optimising response times when every second counts.

Furthermore, the platform facilitates the collection of prescribed medications from the nearest pharmacy. This holistic digital solution not only optimises the patient journey but also enhances healthcare delivery by aligning patients with the doctors best suited to their medical needs—all within a few clicks online.

In addition to our collaboration with these hospitals, we're proud to announce our participation in the Pruksa Accelerate Program Season 2. This partnership provides vital funding to support this project and further improve healthcare in these institutions.
