Aging Isn’t a Number—It’s a Choice

Hello, it’s Angela,

This past weekend, we packed up the car and drove deep into the woods for the Land Between the Lakes Trail Run. No, I wasn’t running—but my son was. And not just a quick jog… he ran 37.2 miles.

As we navigated the winding roads of Kentucky Lake, I watched runners of all ages take on this grueling challenge—young, old, and in between.

But what truly blew me away?

Two men in their mid-70s ran 37 miles. And one of them? He crossed the finish line smiling, screaming, and full of energy.

No limping. No gasping for breath. Just pure vitality.


And it hit me.

Aging isn’t what we’ve been taught.

We’ve been led to believe that aging means slowing down. Getting weaker. Becoming invisible. Losing our freedom to travel, explore, and live fully.

But that’s not the truth.


The Difference Between a Weak Body & a Strong One? Environment.

Think about an egg.

  • One egg gets fried in a pan.
  • Another egg, kept at the right temperature, hatches into a living, breathing chicken.

Same egg. Same potential.

The only difference? Environment.

Your body is no different.

If you want energy, mobility, and strength at ANY age, it’s not about luck—it’s about how you take care of yourself today.

That’s why I made sure my son had a truck bed full of hydration peptides, fit recovery peptides, and pickle juice. Because recovery matters—just like preparation matters when you’re building a business or planning your travels.

I’ve dedicated 36 years to the health industry because I refuse to wake up one day feeling like my best years are behind me.
