Glad to publish a newsletter "Agility Awakenings - Being with Wholeness"!
I was reflecting on my Agility journey and awakened to the fact that we are compartmentalizing the various dimensions of Agility instead of inculcating the systems thinking!
Agility is just a means to an end and the purpose of any organization is to become a learning organization and serve the customer by adding value to their life! I realized that our job is not to seek Agility but find all the barriers within ourselves that we have built against Agility! One of the significant barriers is not seeing the wholes! There comes the need for Systems Thinking!
In this newsletter, I will share the Book Review/Podcast insights from my interactions with thought leaders and learning from their experiential knowledge with more focus on Systems Thinking!
