Agility is all about adapting to significant changes in one’s environment.

Agility is a property of all living organisms that is essential to their long-term survival. But agility is not the only property that permits an individual or organization to survive. There are other related components of agility that facilitate the adaptability process. These and other similar approaches to the agility challenge have developed supporting models or frameworks to assist them in achieving their overall goals. We believe what is missing from these targeted frameworks is an overarching concept that applies to all organisms in their quest for agility. 

Until now, there has been no established management science to account for business agility.To take this discussion forward, we invite you to be a part of Requisite Agility UnSymposium to be held on Feb 9-10 in New York.

This inaugural event brings together system thinkers, holistic organizational anatomists, enterprise pathologists and engineers, agile coaches, and other practitioners from all over the world. Together, as a community of practice, we will study the "anatomy of agile enterprise" and co-create the conceptual foundations of Requisite Agility (RA) – an overarching management system for the 21st century. Drawing on relevant theories, fundamental design principles, and insights from practice, we set out to build an integrated body of knowledge and establish a sound scaffolding that will help individuals and organizations alike to navigate the treacherous waters of today's dynamic business environment.
