Today marks our first year anniversary and with that brings the perfect time to pause for a moment of reflection. What did we do right? What can we do better to make our clients even more satisfied? And most importantly, how should we adapt our services in this ever-changing environment to ensure we continue to always be 5 steps ahead of the competition?

Agility in adapting to constant market conditions

Being a startup provides us with a unique advantage of being able to navigate the competitive waters like a speedboat while our competitors move like the Titanic finding it heavy work redirecting their ship when trying to adapt to modern-day trends. And yet we’ve seen time and time again that constant adaptation in our methods of finding solutions for our clients has been the single biggest cause to our success.

Working as a team, we have clients in four continents and have secured customers as diverse as innovative start-ups to companies ranking in the top 20 of the world's most valuable. Our next step is expanding into the South American market in Spanish!

Core principles are consistent, core offerings must be flexible

In no way am I not saying we didn't have to go through all the cliches that a startup goes through. From triple negatives (above), bad partnerships, and trying to juggle too many products to name just a few! But each time we’ve gone back to our basic corporate principle: listen to what our customers say, need, and request support for. And then fine-tune our services accordingly.

MIC , a marketing-in-a-box solution designed for small businesses needing a bundled package including content writing, digital presence optimisation, and direct digital engagement support.

Basil the Food Bot , a B2C chatbot with 10’s of thousands of elegant recipes that are easy to find, intelligently matched, and simply delivered within seconds of chatting.

11 Interest-based bots - from music, drinks, technology, DIY-projects, and many more core interest groups, our team are consolidating the web to deliver the world’s most interesting activities, all delivered through chatbots, which are intelligently matched with the user, easy to find, and delivered within seconds of chatting with the bot.

ConversationTrees, a B2B, B2C, and B2B2C organisation that manages, trains, and designs conversation trees and engagement strategies.
