Do you think you know what Agile is? Think again.

I was thinking why I don't like "Agile"? I am not a lazy person, I like to work hard. So, what's wrong with me? Why everybody is going "Agile" and I don't get it?

I registered at Agile Alliance and have read and listened what was available for free :-). I started to look for more info on Internet. I was kind of surprised but I found out that "Agile Manifesto" founders talking now about same reasons I thought I din't like Agile. They are talking about what it was supposed to be and what it become, how "agile rules" applied without considering the company, the team, the project and other specifics. I found many videos on Internet why Agile sucks but I am NOT going to show them here, you can search for "Agile is dead" and found many of them. Those articles and videos are from different people which opinions are just their opinions but I think ALL founders of the original manifesto agree on major issues Agile vs Agility and how it is implemented. What I discovered was that I love Agile and was working all the time subconsciously following its principles but what pretty often happens in companies which think are doing Agile is not what Agile is.
