As Agile conversations are gaining ground in the business world and beyond, I believe a firm and accurate understanding of what organisational agility and Agile philosophies are is crucial. With knowledge and insights that I had gained from fellow Agile leaders and practitioners, I've put together this presentation to help leaders and professionals better understand this world of agility that will them improve their work life and increase happiness and motivation in their daily work endeavours.
I look forward to your comments to help make this presentation better!

Helping businesses navigate modern ways of working to create and deliver amazing inclusive customer experiences
6 年A simple commonsense presentation, and super useful deeper understanding provided below in the comments - on why Customers come 1st - before Employees - I personally find it useful as a triangle where there is tensions that have to be balance between these three - Customer, Employees and Shareholders and any given day / situation sometimes Shareholders are your Customers or Employees are your Customers - depending on what the activity is.?

6 年Jack Ma is truly a great leader n no doubt about it. ?? From a coach/layman viewpoint, without the right skillset of our employees, who will bring in our customers? Will they come themselves if we are a normal SME?? As what Sir Branson had said, “if we cud take care of our employees, they will surely take care of our customers” I came from 3 ex Corp orgns who had viewed employees as the most important assets. Customers are paymasters but they may not be very loyal vs our employees. Alibaba is in different league n may not a good benchmark at least for our singapore ???? context.,??
