The Prosci ADKAR Model is a goal-oriented change management model to guide individual and organizational change.This model is helpful to roll out agile adaption into any OTHER department.
- We did several brainstorming session to understand WHY change is require. Identifying a business need or opportunity for Change.
- We had several brainstorming sessions and design the new change process
- We created several community of practices, Core group to drive these change process
- We had conducted Agile day to pass the message
- We had published newsletter to share what is upcoming and some thoughts
- Take care leadership team and get along with them in the transformation journey
- Incorporate feedback
- Inspect and adapt this process
Change occurs on two dimensions: the organization and the employees. Change can only be successful if the change takes place simultaneously on both dimensions.So we have taken care all these 2 dimensions.
