when we are working in the agile mindset we observe major challenge with managing team members having mental blockage. As the team start sprinting and continue building, designing the business process, we often hear opinions, facts, statement and judgmental comments. Agile Coach plays key role to ensure the team understands and clear the mental blockage that may have caused due to past experience, assumption, cultural difference etc. Hence an scrum need keep on improving to build trust, respect and smooth communication.
