Agile Lexicon Video Series - How do you measure agility value?

The outputs of an agile process can be measured and it’s more a question of determining the relevant criteria for measuring them. One of the questions that I often ask the Executives that I interact with is “How is this item making your life better?” Followed by "How do you measure that?" Often the answers I get are straight to the point like “This feature will reduce my operational cost by $50.000 per year” or “I will be able to service %20 more customers than my current capacity which translates into $20 million additional yearly revenue”.
