With 65 percent of projects adopting Agile practices failing to be delivered on time, it’s time to question Agile’s cult following. — Dr. Junade Ali
The Register spoke with Jon Kern about the current state of Agile: https://www.theregister.com/2024/07/16/
Today I’ll be touching on another example of missing full-kit. That is when you start work without having everything to be able to complete work.
Key points:
- Where did Agile ever mentioned that you should start work with unclear requirements (not full-kit)?
- “Projects with clear documented requirements were 97% more likely to succeed.â€
- Yes, it’s just covering whether a project succeeds or not.
- We don’t even dream about due date performance nor shorter lead time. —?Doesn’t that tell us something about the current state?

The Dolphin Study goes beyond this study and systematically assesses your departments individual state of work flow: full-kit is one thing, but there’s more to it.
