Agile Champion Program 2.0!
I am honored to be part of the Enterprise Agile Support team to design and facilitate a 4-month mentorship Agile program for 20 awesome colleagues at Swedbank in the spirit of growing change agents, networking and developing expertise.
The program consists of several areas (coaching, facilitation, leadership in a complex environment, team development, design thinking, etc) and addresses real-life challenges that change agents might face in large scale organizations.
This is a big step forward to the bank's agile transformation and business/organization agility to thrive in the digital age! We want to adapt quickly to market changes, respond rapidly and flexibly to customer demands and adapt and lead change in a productive and cost-effective way without compromising quality.
We just had the very 1st session of the program and I did my 1st graphical facilitation workshop; here's what I learned:
- People are creative, willing to step out of their comfort zone and dream big if we give them the right tools and welcoming environment.
- Everyone likes good change! It may seem scary first, but with taking small steps everything is possible.
- Enabling change agents with visual facilitation tool helps them to convey their message in a more efficient way not only to the teams but also to C-level management.
- In this ever-changing world, we have to be willing to change, try new things and adapt to high tech; there is only one way to business agility and that is FORWARD!
