George is a passionate Agilista with wide experience in consulting blue-chip clients in the design and effective implementation of Large Scale Distributed Agile from nearshore - up to 35 teams having 350+ business and IT people working on the same backlog. In his career he has facilitated the delivery of over 100 agile implementations through consultancy, shaping, coaching, and leading Agile Transformations programs.

Alin is passionate about agile and has more than 7 years of experience in building cross functional, self-managed teams that deliver consistent value in business domains like Banking, Payments, Mortgage, E-sourcing, E-procurements and related areas. He has shaped and led Agile delivery with Scrum and Kanban methodologies across multiple projects and programmes with globally distributed teams.
GABRIEL PREDA
PROJECT MANAGER, ENDAVA
Gabriel Preda, spent 6 years in Japan as a post-doctoral student at the Tokyo University and as a researcher at a tech company. When he moved back to Romania he and some friends started two technology companies and worked 7 years in R&D for a Mobile Telco company. Throughout his careers he played various Agile Scrum roles from team member, to Scrum Master and Agile coach, participating in agile transformations and for the past 4 years has moved into the role of Agile Project Manager in Endava.
