Agile Australia 2016
I had awesome 3 days on Agile Australia 2016. It was fantastic venue with amazing people, interesting presentations and great workshops.
All keynotes were on the highest level I had a lot of chats and everyone mentioned the highest caliber of keynotes. Thank you Jeff Smith, Peter Halacsy, Kate Darling, Steve Krug and Luke Hohmann. Your influence can't be overestimated, it was great!
My favorites presentations were "How a blues band taught me to build Agile teams that rock!" by Brett Wakeman and Nigel Dalton, "Agile Leadership: an approach for leaders in large-scale and start-up companies" by Lisa Frazier and "Leveraging mindsets for effective leadership" by Peter Heslin.
It was collaborative to discuss with others similar issues, share solutions and ideas. Additionally, it was great when as teamwork or by assistance/influence of someone you could catch and born new solutions, ideas or issues (LOL).
Yesterday I attended workshop of "How to Lead by Enabling Growth Mindsets" with Peter Heslin. It was very useful for me and I will use knowledge and skills that I got there in my practice to create inspired, innovative and high performing team. Thanks Peter!
A lot of thanks to Rachel Slattery and everyone who involved in creation and organizing Agile Australia 2016.
Hi Igor, I know this is a long time after Agile Australia 2016, but I stumbled across your post today and wanted to say "thanks" for mentioning Nigel and my talk, and I'm glad you enjoyed it.? In case you're interested, I turned this into an article a couple of years ago, which you can see at?https://brettwakeman.wordpress.com/2016/06/29/how-a-blues-band-taught-me-to-build-agile-teams-that-rock/
