Our last all-hands meeting at Kicksaw was full of lessons learned and our hopes (and plans) for the future — a pretty natural topic of conversation as 2025 swiftly approaches.?

Agentforce World Tour: Dallas and Toronto

December provided a lot of virtual and hands-on learning opportunities for the Kicksaw crew, including Salesforce’s Agentforce World Tour. We had boots on the ground (literally in Toronto, it’s chilly in the Six) at both the Dallas and Toronto events.

While some of our team members have already gotten very cozy with Agentforce via use case testing, client projects, and tons of behind-the-scenes looks (??ahem, Janet Elliot) — Agentforce World Tour was a great chance for some in-person learning and collaboration.

Kicksaw Gives Back

Kicksaw has a dedicated ‘Kicksaw Gives Back’ program that includes 24 hours of volunteer PTO and a charitable donation match every year — and to help make volunteer PTO coordination easier, Kicksaw sets two half days aside for people to attend volunteer opportunities together as a team.??

To date, we’ve donated over $11K, helped over 50 different organizations, and contributed 150+ volunteer hours. Some of our team volunteer PTO activities this year? included:

• Bagging groceries at FoodNet with the The Lafayette Slack Community, as part of TrailblazerAID
• Building furniture for a transitional housing shelter?
• Creating care letters of hope for critically ill children
• And improving the grounds at Camp Hope, which helps support combat veterans recovering from PTSD
