Agentforce World Tour London 2024
Hot off the heels of Dreamforce, we welcomed Agentforce World Tour London on Tuesday 8th October. 3,500 customers and trailblazers from the UK and Ireland came together to explore the latest innovations in AI. Kicking us off with a typically iconic keynote, packed full of insight and excitement, @Zahra Bahrololoumi set the tone for the rest of the day. It was electric.
She was joined on stage by @Paul O’Sullivan, SVP Solution Engineering, who boldly exclaimed “Agentforce is what AI was meant to be”. We got chills. This is exciting – this is the future.Paul walked us through what it’s all about and showed the progression moving from chatbots through to copilots, and now into this third wave of AI: Agentforce. So, what does Agentforce offer that it’s predecessors could not? These AI agents know your business, they can plan and reason, they can take action and scale. Paul unveiled the very first agent ecosystem with partners such as @IBM, @Microsoft, @AWS, and @PWC.
Next up in the keynote and fresh off the plane from San Francisco, was none other than Patrick Stokes , EVP, Product Marketing. Yep, you’ve seen him on Salesforce+, and he demonstrated live on stage an AI Agent in action. This next generation of agents signals a complete paradigm shift for customer service and support. Anyone who has ever been stuck in seemingly endless chatbot loop of doom can now rejoice - ‘Sophie’ was both charming and really helpful as Patrick put her to work for Salesforce customer, @Saks Fifth Avenue.
Data Cloud
Paul passed the baton to Distinguished Solution Engineer, @Hannah Rose who walked us through Data Cloud and the power of AI with unified data. With the help of Georgina driving the live demo, Hannah spoke passionately about the Atlas Reasoning Engine and its ability to plan, evaluate and refine.
As always, trust and security are top priorities for Salesforce, and Agentforce is no exception. For us, trust and security are only going to grow in relevance in this new age of AI. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again - Salesforce doesn’t own your company data. You do.
Customer 360
Next in the spotlight was @Dan Blackmore who expertly guided us through our Customer 360. From Sales Cloud to Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud to Commerce Cloud, he showed us Revenue & Orders, as well as Tableau Einstein and Slack. And guess what? Agentforce spans all Salesforce applications. Every cloud and every agent on one trusted platform. He also announced a rather exciting update that Salesforce is building over 100 industry-specific prompts for Agentforce to make your life a whole lot easier!Before Zahra closed off the keynote, she invited all attendees to get stuck in building their own agents with our experts who were on hand throughout the day.
More than 1,000 autonomous agents were built at Agentforce World Tour London to address specific business problems for companies.
Tottenham Hotspur
Finally, there was one last announcement; an exciting one for football fans. From premier tech to Premier League, Salesforce is thrilled to announce its new partnership with @Tottenham Hotspur. Joining Zahra on the stage was their Chief Technology Officer, @Rob Pickering. Rob spoke about how they will use Agentforce to enhance fan engagement around the world.
After the keynote, the attendees broke out into a variety of workshops, sessions and demos across the show floor to discover how they can leverage the mind-blowing abilities of Agentforce within their organisations.
