1 个月Ikram AH Patel, that's a great quote. While AI will have its negative impacts, it's hard not to get excited about the great things that will come and those that have already started. When I watched the Dec 17 launch, it got me thinking about how much customer service can improve with AI agents, how much faster technical problems can get solved, how much richer interactions can become due to greater access to data and meaningful analysis of that data. Exciting times ahead.
