National services can be established on 87.6 FM 87.8 FM 90.0 FM 97.9 FM and 99.0 FM The BBC's re-transmission of Radio One in Oxford would need to be moved from 99.1 FM As there is no need for Radio One to be on this frequency in Oxford.

Radio One, is also on 4 or 5 other FM frequencies in the area.

Should you not be given a licence?

You will broadcast on the Frequencies recommended by the engineer, changing frequencies when it becomes too difficult,

due to interference. The service cannot broadcast commercials, as you are an unlicensed broadcaster, demonstrating creativity. After broadcasting on all five frequencies, the next phase is to broadcast a station from New York on the same FM Frequency in London

This station is 103.9 FM (known as Radio 1039) the service will run commercials that contain copies such as Theresa, then read a number of ads from a script. Some of these ads are broadcast from time to time on Radio 1039.

We need a Broadcast engineer, for which you will be paid One Hundred thousand British Pounds per year from 1996 to completion of the operation.

You will be given a home for life, should you need 3 or 4 people to help you with the work, we will give you a house for them to share.

The car of your choice will be restored and fitted with LPG and blue lights (indicators) In order for you to move through traffic! Your rewards will include Licences to broadcast nationwide on all FM 5 Frequencies, Broadcast Platform, Studios and Venue.
