Agency Owner ChatGPT Mastery: With Prompts!

I've spent hours playing with ChatGPT4 over the weekend so you don't have to.
Below are 8 very important tasks that ChatGPT can carry out for you to help you get better results for your clients, sign more clients yourself and grow your agency...
And they all come with a 'ready-to-go' ChatGPT prompt... Written by ChatGPT.
Before we dive in, let me explain how I got there.
Turning ChatGPT into a ChatGPT Prompt Engineer
I can't take any credit for this.
I learned this from 'Chatgpt Guru' on TikTok, and it seems they've taken this video down.
But here's the deal. The quality of your GPT output is the quality of the prompt, so why not ask ChatGPT to create the best prompts for you. Here's the prompt to help ChapGPT make it's own prompts:
ChatGPT Organisation
Once you have this, you'll want to create a new conversation thread (is that even the right phrase?) for each thing you use ChatGPT for.
For example, if you use ChatGPT as a personal trainer, then have a PersonalTrainerGPT thread. If you use it for content ideas, have a ContentInspoGPT thread. The reason why is so you keep all the learning from that topic inside the same thread.
Now you've got your ultimate prompt and your organisation, you can literally ask ChatGPT to create insights for you in any aspect of your life.
The Agency Growth Part
Oh ye... But we're here to talk about agency growth.
So as our job is to help you grow your agency, I thought we'd ask ChatGPT to suggest the best ways it can help you itself.
Here's what I did.
I input the following prompt, which was created by ChatGPT itself inside my PromptGPT thread (steal this one btw!):
2. Asked IdeaGPT to come up with some prompts for Agency Owners to help them grow.
Here's the prompt I used (I wrote this one and it's not very good):
The answers were incredibly average.
Very basic ideas such as:
All mind-blowing in Jan 2023, but boring now.
3. Ask ChatGPT to choose its favourite 10 and write out GPT prompts so Agency Owners can use them themselves.
The answers again were underwhelming. For example:
Nothing drastically wrong, but the level wasn't strong enough.
I knew what I needed to do.
4. Go deeper and aim higher
I needed to explain that we were aiming at agency owners who were more advanced and further along their journey. I also needed to ask ChatGPT to add in more context about Why this is important and what Success looked like.
So that's what I asked it - here's the prompt I gave it:
...and it seems we got there.
Solid ideas for how to leverage ChatGPT (4 if you can) to improve areas of your agency. But there was one small thing missing.
5. Ask ChatGPT to provide more context around the idea
Here's what I asked:
And we got to something worth bringing to you - and they're all below.
I've also, written them out so you can copy the prompts yourselves. Before you dive in, a few key things to note:
Enjoy, use them wisely, and let me know which is your favourite:

1 年?? Those inspired me to get ChatGPT to come up with its own prompts. What it did blew me away. Here was part of the conversation: Me: "You are Prompt Engineer GPT, a very advanced model of GPT-4 that writes its own amazing prompts to be used. Are you understanding your role, or do you need more information?" CGPT: "I understand my role as Prompt Engineer GPT, and I am here to generate amazing prompts for various purposes. If you have any specific topic or theme in mind, please let me know, and I'll create some engaging and creative prompts for you." Me: "I want a mind-blowing prompt that will help me create LinkedIn posts for a ______________ (type of company) that _________ (what it does/who it helps)." *Here's where it got good.* CGPT: "Prompt: 'As a __________ that specializes in _______________, we've discovered the secret sauce to unprecedented growth. 1 年Nice thread. To improve efficiency, you could try asking ChatGPT to also “minify” the prompts it writes for you. This gets it to remove any words that are mostly ignored by the model anyway (a, the, etc) and reduces token usage.
