We got into the festive spirit this month with an afternoon of decorating the office, drinking mulled wine and listening to Christmas songs. This event sparked some healthy debate at the office about when is appropriate to start getting Christmassy… is the end of November too early? Regardless, it was a great afternoon and even the office Scrouges are now in the Christmas spirit!??
With Christmas approaching and the year coming to an end, we wrote a blog about our favourite marketing trends of 2024 with a look forward to the trends of 2025. Reflections like this are important, as understanding where the industry is heading helps us refine strategies and stay ahead in the fast-moving landscape we work in.??Read the full blog here. ??

As part of WHJE’s carbon offset initiative, we completed a carbon assessment in collaboration with Carbon Footprint Ltd. This achievement represents our commitment to environmental responsibility and transparency, and we are proud to have earned the official CO2 Assessed accreditation.??
We also attended the B2B Marketing Expo at the Excel Centre, London. This was an interesting networking event filled with influential speakers and groundbreaking innovation, and we’re looking forward to putting some of the insights we gained into action within our own teams.??

We have some exciting updates regarding the brandformula team this month. Firstly, we’re pleased to welcome James Deagan , our new Head of Client Services, who will be collaborating with our Account Management and Experiential teams to ensure the continual development of our people and processes.???

Secondly, as a result of her impressive growth and performance, Lily Herring has been appointed Account Director - Experiential. This change marks an evolution in the Real-Life experiences we deliver at brandformula as a result of increasing client demand for experiential marketing across events, exhibitions, activations, and brand touchpoints. The team abroad ???
brandformula recently joined iNT Agencies, an international network made up of agencies in five continents. This is an exciting step for expanding our global reach, as the network provides us with local expertise as well as an international perspective, which will be invaluable for future projects. Craig Freeman and Martin Wiggins attended our first iNT Agencies conference this month in Paris, connecting with branding experts from around the world. It was an opportunity to share knowledge and ideas, and we look forward to bringing these insights to our clients.??

A bit further afield, Business Development Consultant Helen Souza attended the PwC Insurance Summit in Bermuda. In partnership with the Financial Times, the event saw over 300 industry professionals gather to explore key trends and strategies in insurance and reinsurance and was a great opportunity to meet with our clients from the Bermuda market.??

November has clearly been a month full of exciting opportunities and updates for the brandformula team, and we’re looking forward to what December has in store for us.?
