Reduce Fatigue … and Improve Your Endurance …

Even though I’ve been very successfully #mentoring & #coaching women for over 15 years, it’s always important to stay up to date. So, I’m currently going through an official coaching certification of?MindValley’s Evercoach & EMCC Global ?(which is exciting as I used to be the Editor-in-Chief for their International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching 10 years ago).
Anyway, one of the exercises we went through right at the beginning of the training was identifying our core values. And if you’re like me, going through this exact exercise might give you a little bit of a surprise.
So, I encourage you to take a few minutes and go through this exercise now (Source:?MindValley’s Evercoach). You’re sure to profit from it …
What values represent your primary way of being?
1) From the list below, find values that stand out for you. You might find 5, 10, 20 … or you might want to add additional ones.

2) Choose your top 4-6 values … and compare them with each other to see which one is more important to you. … So, if you chose, for instance, Health and Discipline, which one would you choose if you can only choose one of them? Compare all the values you’ve chosen … until you end up with your top 3 (this is where I got a surprise, and you might too).
Now that you have your top 3, note them down where you can easily access them.?
Whenever you’re wondering what to do next, what to focus on, simply look at those values … and many of the choices that seemed to be so important (because they were urgent?) will simply fall away.

As advances in science and medicine allow people to live longer and healthier lives, a female born today might expect to live nearly 100 years.
But as life expectancy has increased, the age at which a woman enters menopause has not kept pace; in fact, it has remained mostly unchanged for centuries.
As a result, the amount of time a woman spends in postmenopause - a period associated with negative health consequences - continues to grow. That person born today may spend more of their life after menopause than before it.
Ovaries are considered the ‘canary in the coal mine’ for human aging. They show obvious signs of decline decades before other tissues in your body.
How does ovarian aging happen?
You start losing eggs extremely rapidly as soon as you are born.
Unlike men, who produce sperm throughout their lives, we women are born with our lifetime supply of eggs.
By the time we reached childbearing age, we had only 1 percent of the 1 million or so eggs we started with.

But not only do the numbers of our eggs decline with age, their quality goes down too.
Menopause sets in when the eggs run out; and it is inevitable for any female who is lucky enough to reach midlife.
The question of why ovaries age so much faster than the rest of the body is a mystery.
