HeartBeam this week looks at a recent article on the top 5 health concerns as one ages. Diabetes is on the list, yes. But not surprising so is heart disease. So what should we be doing? Again, there is a top 5. 1. Keep your weight down; 2. Make healthy menu selections; 3. Don't smoke; 4. Exercise - remember your heart is a muscle; and 5.
