Age is just a number

Knowledge has nothing to do with the age. A person may have decades of experience but still missing out on the technology. A person may study for years to get some knowledge but may be a person has more practical experience knows the things in a better way.

We should never feel ashamed from learning a thing even from our subordinates because it will ultimately increases our knowledge and growth.
