Ag Service Associates Scheduled to Break Ground on New Office Building

HOLDREGE— Ag Service Associates, Crop Insurance Agency is inviting the community to their Groundbreaking Ceremony on Tuesday, June 25 from 10 am – 11am at 14th and Burlington Street.??

ASA has outgrown their current office space at 11388 734 Road and is excited to expand into their new space by adding additional licensed agents and service representatives.?

“BD Construction has been a strong partner in assisting ASA on this endeavor. They present themselves as leaders in the construction community and we can’t wait to begin our project,” said John Williams.??

John & Michelle Williams, ASA Owners, have been working on this development since they purchased the lot in 2021. Once the location is fully developed, it will occupy three professional office buildings and employ 25+ employees in total.???

“Our development will be a nice addition to the North end of town as individuals travel to and from Holdrege,” said John Williams.??

Organizations involved include BD Construction, MasterBuilder Associates, the City of Holdrege, and the Phelps County Development Corporation.??
