1. Free warranty for 2 years (except for consumables such as xenon lamps nozzle and lenses). Equipment failures caused by abnormal factors such as equipment relocation, environment and man-made factors are not covered by the warranty.

2. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails or cannot be produced, the equipment manufacturer will respond within 2 hours. After receiving the notice of equipment quality problems, , personnel must be sent to the site to solve the problem within 3 days. Depending on the seriousness of the failure, it can be extended appropriately. (The customer is responsible for round-trip air tickets and accommodation costs)

3. After the expiration of the warranty period, replacement parts will be charged at a preferential market price, and other costs will be calculated based on actual occurrences. Send engineers to the site to solve the problem, only charge man-hours and transportation costs for equipment repairs, and only charge costs for the replacement and purchase of equipment-related accessories. (The customer is responsible for round-trip air tickets and accommodation costs)
