After Josh Waitzkin: Rebuilding the U.S. Tai Chi Push Hands Team

As part of the leadup to my Tai Chi World Cup Push Hands seminar in Los Angeles this Saturday & Sunday (article here), I’m massively proud to invite you to JOIN the U.S. Tai Chi Push Hands Team! Here’s the announcement video:

This is the largest team training initiative for U.S. Tai Chi ever! With no tryouts necessary, we’ll work together nationwide to prepare for the Tai Chi World Cup Push Hands competition in Taiwan this October. On a more personal note, this is a push (pun intended) to make gentle strength a more widely honed skill in our culture. There’s really nothing like Tai Chi to help a human be more aware of practical power in daily living.

Wherever you are, if you’d join me on this journey, please sign up for the free tier on my Patreon where I’ll be posting team diagrams and sharing links to the weekly video chats:

Also, note that my Patreon subscribers receive a 20% discount on this weekend’s seminar ($120 for the full 2-day seminar, or $64 for the 1-day ticket). You can sign up below, then write “Patreon” when purchasing:

Please let me know if you have any thoughts, questions, or ideas and I’ll be happy to hear from you.
