After 5 years in Kempower

In leading sales / market development positions for Kempower I’ve decided to leave the company

I know, a giant step for Erling, a small step for mankind

The first years in the company, we did, in all modesty, with our 1st generation employees (like Tommi Liuska , both one of my nearest and best sales colleagues and my ex-manager, some terrific sales actions, with our superior HPC solution, that led the way to what the company is today

Tommi, thank you for your 110% trust in me 110% = we were HPC dynamite

For the company and all my ex-colleagues / always my friends I still appreciate a lot.

I’ve been privileged to be a part of this very exciting start-up adventure, from 15 persons in Finland + me from Norway when I joined and till 5 years later, > 700 persons currently working for Kempower globally

I’m proud of my contribution to put food on the table for so many families in our company. All the best for you, my dear ex-colleagues in Kempower

I’m also VERY proud of the contribution we have done to the green transport shift during these years. Growed from nothing to become one of the HPC market leaders in Europe, launched new and innovative HPC solutions able to help both the EV driver to offer the best customer journey when need for fast charging, and to help our customers with both their ROI / brand recognition in the operator market. It’s a gigantic Kinder-egg, in fact it is a win-win-win…

Thank you #Recharge ( Morgan Lind Sami Perttula Jostein Iversen Snorre Sletvold and our very BIG ambassadeur Harald Hagen for being the first ones who dared to trust our HPC solutions and placed a big order with us when we only had few Powerpoint slides and simple data sheets, but enormous ambitions. The Recharge site at Espa (my definition of our ground Zero) will always bring very good and nostalgic memories for all Kempowerian’s

NB! In Norway I do most of my fast charging at Recharge / Kempower sites (and I do fast charge a lot). Remember to take care of your old and loyal friends

Also, thank you #osprey (and especially to Martin Miles for opening up the market for us in UK. That was a break-through for Kempower for the markets outside the Nordics. Your effort is very much appreciated

I’m leaving with both a scary and exciting feeling what the future brings, but, it is MY decision to dive into something else

I will hopefully / soon(?) find a new and interesting place to work. I’m quite sure a HPC / energy market expert with both a lot of experience and a deep interest in “retail as the new CPO” will be very attractive as a key player and commercial power in this still, new and fast-growing marketplace. If you like to talk about opportunities with an enthusiastic person able to recognize / develop USP’s and to generate sales growth, let me know. I’m a click away…
