Afrika Haguruka- Focus on Mentoring - Panel Discussion

Over a week ago, KORA represented by Ineza Mireille Karera, was invited to be on a panel with seasoned African Christian Business Leaders.

Afrika Haguruka (Afrika Arise) conference, organized by Zion Temple Kigali, Rwanda welcomed dozens of International Speakers from across the African continent.

As an expert on the topic of coaching & mentoring, Ineza Mireille shared her views on how Africa's largest population - the youth- can be transformed through practical mentoring. She shared her idea on setting up a structured and goal oriented annual mentoring program. In her opinion, both Mentors & Mentees need to be coached, in order to see tangible and measurable transformation within a span of year.
