Africa's 2024 Elections: Another Wasted Year Ahead

#2024 will be a record election year for #Africa. In 20 countries, some 346 million voters will be called to participate in #elections that will mostly be rigged and decided in advance. There are few exceptions, of course, but in general the continent is about to lose billions of dollars organizing elections that do no matter but which will guarantee to create tensions and unrest as we just witnessed with the continent's first election, that of the #Comoros.
