We are a generation that accepts what we are, where we have been and even perhaps where we went wrong. We are reclaiming that narrative, and rather than contribute to the recurring boring chorus of "Africa's problems" we are choosing to sing a new song filled with lyrics that boast of Africa's promise and prosperity, particularly in relation to our youth, women, our diaspsora power and homegrown solutions.?

Are we poor? No! Do we perhaps then have a poverty mindset? Yes ! You see, having a poverty mindset is a state of mind that perpetuates limitations and scarcity, whereas being actually poor is a condition of lacking material resources. We are ready to flip that language and state of being.

One of Africa's greatest treasures lies in its youth. Our vibrant and dynamic young minds hold the key to unlocking a brighter future for our continent. Our forefathers created movements...inspired by their resilience, we are recreating our own movements and effecting the kind of change the continent needs to thrive. From the West through to the East, from North to South we are activating the innate belief in our potential. Our unwavering determination to excel in our various fields of endeavour is a reflection of our grasp of true essence of Africa.

Remember, we are Africa - a beacon of hope, innovation, and growth. As we seize this moment to rewrite our narrative, embracing our potential and working tirelessly towards a future that reflects the greatness of our continent, we must also create a legacy that inspires generations to come and leaves an indelible mark on the world stage.
