Africa Day 2016 saw 900 attendees, including 54 African Ambassadors, members of Congress and of the business community.
The African Ambassador's Group and the African Diplomatic Corps highlighted this year's theme: Human Rights; with Emphasis on the Rights of Women.
Africa Day is a universal, annual celebration of the Organization of African Unity's establishment in 1963; which eventually became known today as the African Union
