Affirmation for perfectionists

I saw this post from a dear friend and thought to share

“I let go of the need for other people approval

 I love and accept myself

 I am enough. This is enough. I have enough.

 I am worthy

 I am whole

 I focus on my own journey and my unique path

 My worth does not depend on my work

 My worth does not depend on my productivity

 I own my story

 I trust the process.”

It was much needed today. As much as I seem like a free happy positive soul,

I am a perfectionist and as we human beings could sometimes beat ourselves up with blame, guilt and fear of “not being enough”.

Just remember even the most successful people goes through doubting themselves.

Keep lifting yourself up as no one can do it for you. But yourself.
