An affiliate of Walton Street Capital in partnership with Scarp Ridge Capital Partners acquires HarborChase Wellington Crossing, a 134-unit senior housing community in Palm Beach County, FL

An affiliate of Walton Street Capital, L.L.C. (“Walton Street”) has acquired HarborChase Wellington Crossing (“The Community”), a 134-unit, Class A senior housing community in Wellington, Florida, in partnership with Scarp Ridge Capital Partners (“Scarp Ridge”). The Joint Venture is bringing on Agewell Solvere Living to manage the Community, which has been rebranded and now operates under the name Alamar Senior Living (“Alamar”).

Completed in late 2018, the Alamar community consists of 105 assisted living units and 29 memory care units. Residents enjoy elegant and abundant common spaces with multiple dining options, and luxury amenities including a theatre, physical therapy gym, bar/lounge, resident garden, secured courtyards, beauty salon and game room. The Alamar, located in the heart of Palm Beach County, focuses on providing connection, hospitality, and top-notch licensed care and medical services to residents. The Joint Venture intends to execute a significant capital improvement plan over the next 12 months to further enhance and differentiate the community in this dynamic and growing submarket.

“We are excited to invest in the Alamar Senior Living community. This transaction marks Walton Street’s return to the senior living sector, building on our successful history in the space. The property aligns with our focus on high-quality assets in growth markets that benefit from positive demographic trends,” said Stephen Sotoloff, Head of Acquisitions at Walton Street.
