?Affidea is the leading provider of advanced diagnostic imaging, outpatient and cancer care services in Europe, operating over 300 centres in 15 countries. Affidea wanted to digitize HR operations to allow staff and medical experts more time to focus on patient care and growht, drive efficiencies in operations and enhance staff experience.?
?To achieve the move to a new digital operating model, Affidea turned to Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). Affidea has over 9 000 professionals with a diverse range of clinical expertise, who serve over 10 million patients a year and manage a fleet of over 1400 diagnostic machines. The company needed a solution that would unify systems across geographies and lines of business, providing a single source of truth for employees, contractors and affiliated professionals. ?
The implementation of the global HCM system forms an important part of the company’s broader digital strategy of upgrading and simplifying its systems with standardised and automated processes, which will provide better analytical capabilities, performance insights, while reducing the HR manual tasks and impacting the team engagement.
Detailed information on skills and qualifications gives better insights into sub-specialty clinical expertise across the group and the expansion of the company’s teleradiology and telehealth services. It also enables better management of continuous clinical education efforts by accessing the right professional audiences with specialised clinical training and supports knowledge exchange within peer-groups.
